Centerline is a digital agency specializing in crafting strategic marketing experiences.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal Project Manager has four or more years of work experience, with at least two years of direct project management experience. In this role, you will take ownership of several client relationships and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

You will be responsible for driving projects through the full lifecycle – from inception through completion – while ensuring that timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met. Attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, critical thinking, and creative problem solving are keys to success in this role.

Centerline is a fast-paced and collaborative environment where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial nature and has experience with managing digital marketing campaigns.

Required background and skills:

  • 4+ years of work experience, with 2+ years of direct project management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mastery of basic applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as proficiency with online research and Gmail.

We are looking for a UX Strategist with strong background in designing and implementing user research studies, an excellent ability to apply insights to design, and the ability to communicate insights in compelling ways to internal and external stakeholders.

In the role of UX Strategist, you’ll be identifying insights for clients using primary research methods to understand audience, marketplace context and creative concepts. Your work will be instrumental in building the base for effective content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, plan and execute appropriate and comprehensive user research studies that address both behavior and attitudes.
  • Implement a variety of methods for feedback, including participatory design methods, interviews, observational studies, online feedback, focus groups, card-sorting, usability testing, and others as appropriate.
  • Apply broad skills in qualitative and design research methods while demonstrating an understanding of quantitative concepts.
  • Plan and execute rapid iterative usability testing of wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
  • Generate insights and apply those insights into specific, prioritized recommendations with an understanding of design implications and alignment of business goals.
  • Distill findings in order to create personas, journey maps and other guiding synthesis documents from user data to showcase insights in compelling ways.
  • Understand UI design best practices, but be able to think past interface and into context.
  • Create compelling narratives from data in order to communicate research in meaningful ways to cross-functional team members, as well as VP- and executive-level clients.
  • Drive the discovery of industry trends and emerging best practices.

We are looking for a Content Strategist with experience conducting extensive, enterprise-level content audits, and a working knowledge of applying findings to both website content (and beyond) as well as back-end technological recommendations.

In the role of Content Strategist, you’ll be working with clients to inherently understand their offering, their brand, and their target audience. You’ll be using that knowledge to triangulate the ideal communications strategy using their existing content (where appropriate) and defining new content (as needed).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct extensive content inventories and audits, gap analyses, competitive audits, and secondary research to provide recommendations on content standards, needed improvements, and content gaps.
  • Define content standards to support key business objectives and develop strategies for achieving those standards. Define processes and policies to enable smooth and rapid adoption of new policies and standards for our clients.
  • Develop and implement content processes and guidelines (including scalable content models, messaging strategies, metadata schema, and taxonomies).
  • Use data from stakeholders, customers and market research to evaluate content effectiveness. Partner with UX strategists to understand who our audience is, what content they require, and how they consume content across multiple platforms.
  • Develop frameworks to assess the quality and performance of on-page content while understanding the back-end alignment of metadata, data management and localization practices.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) programs (such as Kapost, Compendium, etc.)
  • Drive the discovery of industry trends and emerging best practices.

In the role of Business Analyst/Strategist, you’ll be working with clients transforming from a product-centric to a customer-centric organization, and you’ll be guiding their implementation of user-centered design principles.

Primary Functions:

  • Under minimal supervision, will oversee medium to large projects and/or phases of programs of larger scope to implement new and/or modified processes, procedures, and/or initiatives
  • Translate organizational goals into business needs and then into specific requirements
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
  • Run project meetings, perform project tracking and analysis
  • Provides updates to business leadership regarding project status and the application and implementation of new or revised procedures, processes, and/or initiatives
  • Design, implement, and monitor the progress of initiatives, milestones, and budgets to ensure timeliness and that all deliverables are met on time and on budget
  • Manage critical relationships with internal program leaders end users,  business line owners  and customer-facing front line staff
  • Provides information and/or training to end users to help resolve inquiries related to assigned processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior Business Strategist in auditing existing process and procedures.
  • Identify, plan and execute appropriate and comprehensive marketing processes.
  • Help define and build business cases for organizational changes with concrete justification affecting budgets.
  • Support Senior Business Strategist in redefining approaches to digital marketing based on customer experience metrics.
  • Support the Design, presentation and iteration of persuasive cases for change to senior level executives.
  • Collaborate with internal brand and product teams to create technology recommendations affecting content, content management, marketing automation, digital asset management, CRM and BPM systems.
  • Collaborate with management and human resources to identify skills gaps and write appropriate and comprehensive staffing recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree at minimum in business or marketing field. MBA a plus but not essential
